Service Delivery
All plan services will be provided digitally via the Internet within 1–7 days of the order date.
General Refund Policy
We aim to deliver the highest quality of service to all our clients. However, if you are dissatisfied, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days, either as credits or direct bank deposits.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card).
Refunds for unsatisfactory work or website-related issues will be processed only with client approval.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds or cancellations may be issued under the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery of Service
If you do not receive your service due to technical/email issues, contact us within 30 days. Otherwise, the service will be considered delivered.
Download/Access Issues
If you face issues downloading or accessing files, you must notify our Technical Support within 30 days. Silence will be treated as successful delivery.
Major Defects
If a product or service contains significant errors, our team will attempt to fix them within 72 hours.
If unresolved, a full refund or replacement of equal value will be offered.
Temporary server access may be required for troubleshooting; refusal may delay or void the refund.
Product Not as Described
If the delivered service/product does not match the description on our website, clear evidence must be provided within 30 days.
Refunds are not issued for unmet expectations or subjective dissatisfaction.
Exclusions
Refund requests based solely on customer preferences or expectations are not honored.
Services such as web design, proprietary software, and consulting are generally non-refundable once delivered due to their customized nature.
Children Policy
Our services are intended only for individuals 18 years or older.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such information is provided, it will be deleted and the order canceled immediately.
